Interactive Revision Online

Posted on March 28th, 2007 in Online Revision by sandonscience

Spare time this Easter or eager to do well?

We urge all pupils to make the most on online revision sites. Just remember that you need to recap all work since you started Science at Sandon High School.

Here are some recommended sites…..

Scroll down the page. There are numerous sections in each, so pick out the topics that you struggle with. Click on and it will open a new window that covers key points, a test and a review. Some have short activities to complete.

Very useful and has animation & soundso you don’t even have to read it!

Don’t forget KS3 bitesize- http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/ks3bitesize/science/

Also revision quizzes from Doc Brown- http://www.wpb3.btinternet.co.uk/index.htm

Don’t feel put off by all the topics, just work through a few at a time and break down your revision- good luck!

Welcome all Year 9 pupils!

This is the Science Department’s first ever blog that has been set up for your personal use

Read messages, share problems with other pupils (Science/School related of course) and most importantly use it to ask advice from the Science Staff

Last but not least- good luck with your Science revision.

Enjoy your Easter break!

Revision guides and review sessions in the ALF on Tuesday & Thursdays 3.30-4.30 are still available in the next term
